Heritage Open Days: Rockingham Village Flower Show 2014

Rockingham’s history group members invite you to join them at the village’s annual Flower Show on Saturday September 13th, from 2pm onwards.

The Flower Show has been a celebrated feature of the Rockingham village calendar since 1851 (see our April feature article by Paul Johnson).

Visitors interested in heritage will receive a tour of the Village Hall and publication about the history of the Flower Show and Village Hall, where our ‘Story of Rockingham’ exhibition will also be on display.

Self-guided tours of the village and Church (building works permitting) will be available, alongside all of the customary prizes, wares and treats on offer during the Flower Show.
